What can be returned?

7-Day Return Policy:
Full-priced items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding postage).

Sale Items:
All clearance/sale stock items can ONLY be exchanged - no refunds available.

Promotional Items:
Any promotional/discounted items are classed as sale items and can only be exchanged.

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items:
• All hijabs and accessories (hygiene purposes)
• Free gift items
• Altered items (exchange only)
• Customised items

Return Conditions - Items must:
• Be in original condition with Arabian Nites tag still attached
• Be unworn, unwashed, and not soiled
• Have no perfume, makeup, or any odours
• Be returned in original packaging

Important Notes:
• Instore and online policies do differ
• Please ensure all product information is carefully noted before purchase
• Email must be sent within the 7-day period for a return label
• Items must be sent back within the 7-day policy once you receive a return label

How To Get Your Return Label:

UK Residents:
1. Email us at sales@arabiannites.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item(s)
2. You'll receive a FREE return label via email within 5-7 working days (if not sooner)
3. Include the Order Form with the reason for returning and whether you require an exchange or refund

International Returns:
• Parcels sent to countries outside the EU will be subject to customs clearance
• You are responsible for customs clearance
• Complete customs declaration stating 'RETURNED GOODS'
• If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to sender
• Arabian Nites cannot pay customs duty to receive back items
• Any fees incurred by returning damaged/non-saleable items must be settled prior to further action

Important:
• Items should be returned in original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit
• Please ensure items are accompanied by our tracking number provided by our courier company
• Arabian Nites will not refund goods signed for by another delivery address or items lost in transit

Refund Timeline:
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 7-10 working days of us receiving the return.

PayPal refunds may take longer to process.

Refund Conditions:
Full refund of the cost of goods is wholly conditional upon goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted If:
• Items are not in original condition
• Arabian Nites tag is not still attached (we have the right to reject)
• Items are worn, washed, or soiled (perfume/makeup/odours)
• Items are damaged, fabrics pulled or altered
• Email not sent within 7-day period

Customer Damaged Items:
Any items returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use or insufficient packaging) shall be returned to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund/exchange customer damaged items (your statutory rights are not affected).

Local Pick Up Items:
If you are unable to collect your item within 7 days of purchase, a refund will not be available going forward. However, we will still allow an exchange.

Promotions & Pricing:
• If you received a promotional offer when you placed your order and are no longer eligible due to a return, this will be reflected in the refund received
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions and Flash Sales are only applicable from the date issued - we cannot apply discounts or refund items purchased before the promotion time
• Prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of VAT

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available based on stock availability and are done over email. Delivery payments are taken over the phone.

What Can Be Exchanged:
• Sale items (exchange only - no refunds)

• Altered items (exchange only)
• Full-priced items (within 7-day policy)

Exchange Process:
1. Email sales@arabiannites.co.uk with your exchange request
2. Our team will confirm stock availability
3. Delivery payment will be taken over the phone
4. New item will be dispatched

If Exchanged Item Is Out of Stock:
You will be sent an email to inform you about an exchange for a different item or refund on the out-of-stock item.

Important Notes:
• Goods are subject to availability
• Stock position may change between order placement and acceptance
• Promotional codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively to exchanges
• We do not offer refunds/exchanges on customised services

Quality Control:
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or the wrong style, please call us immediately. These are handmade garments which are limited in stock.

We have made every effort to display colours accurately on the website. However, actual colours depend on your monitor - we cannot guarantee exact colour match on delivery.

Sizes:
All sizes and measurements are approximate. Please refer to the size guide for guidance.

Terms & Conditions:
• We aim to send items within 1-2 days
• Ramadan/Eid periods may have delivery delays due to high order volume
• We cannot amend delivery addresses once an order is placed
