When is the payment processed for my order?
For purchases online by debit/credit card:
Your bank will hold your funds as a pending payment until we charge your credit or debit card when we dispatch your order. Credit card purchases typically clear one business overnight, bank transfers can take up to 3 business days.
For purchases Online by PayPal:

If you have paid by PayPal, the payment will be taken as you complete the purchase. The payment may clear immediately. Please note, a payment is considered ‘cleared’ after your payment has been deposited into our account. However, when buyers pay by e-check, PayPal has no way of instantly confirming sufficient funds for the transaction, therefore your payment may take several hours/days to clear.
As such, the transaction appears on our system we will have to wait until it clears before we can process the order. Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge.
This amount will be automatically released. However, if this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to speed up the release of the pre-authorisation. These are factors to be considered when placing orders for Next Day delivery.
